From Milan

Take the A8 motorway and continue towards Varese.
Exit at Azzate – Buguggiate towards Azzate and follow the signs for Laveno (about 25 minutes).
After the Cittiglio cement factory, follow the signs for Laveno.
After the town of Cittiglio, the road runs alongside the railway: continue after the Albergo Cristallo until the road widens and bends slightly to the right.
Go to the centre of the road and turn left, along the descent that crosses the railway.
After the level crossing, follow the road after the roundabout, and continue straight: on the left, you will see a red building in the shape of a windmill and, a hundred metres ahead, a marble workshop.
Once past the marble workshop, turn right into the gravel parking lot and park: the landing is behind the trees at the end of the parking lot.

From Turin

Take the A4 motorway and proceed towards Milan: exit at the junction with the A26 and proceed towards Gravellona Toce.
Once you reach Vergiate – Sesto Calende, exit and follow the signs for Laveno (about 30 minutes).
After the town of Sangiano, the road crosses a forest and then follows a long descent, from which you can see Mount Sasso del Ferro right in front of you.
At the end of the descent, turn right into Via Cittiglio and after just twenty metres, enter the gravel parking lot immediately on the left.
